This is definitely the most emotional piece I've ever composed, it is about a year-long relationship I had with a sharp girl named Hannah. At first I began composing it when we started dating to describe how I felt when I saw her. I slowly developed it over time, but it and the rest of the music I was working on was left in the dust for a while after we broke up. I simply lost all motivation to do anything with music for a while, but eventually I came back around and I was working on other pieces, but this was poking me as I knew it was still one of the best pieces I started making. So I came back to it and finished it, this time rewriting some of it and continuing it such that instead it described my relationship with her as a whole. And wow, I am thankful I continued that as it launched me into a new era of music.So this pieces is rather specific, so this is what I'm describing: Me waiting for her, she arrives, the fun begins, the love begins, the relationship matures, the break up, my fall into a period of darkness and silence, and then my realization I was the jerk, my apology and us setting things right. It doesn't sound totally finished because it's not suppose to. By the grace of God we are friends again! Time has yet to determine when we fall off each other's radar, and who I will be seeing next.
